How do I place an order?

How far in advance should I order?
It is almost never too early to book. We would prefer two weeks notice for orders but often book up further in advance. There are occasions that we may be able to accommodate in order on shorter notice — just reach out!

Do you have a minimum for sugar cookies?
The minimum for regular size cookies is 1 dozen for $60 which includes each cookie being heat sealed and is tied with a bow. Orders of 2 dozen+ start at $50/dozen.
How are your cookies packaged?
Standard packaging includes heat sealed cookies placed on ivory paper shred and carefully packaged in a white bakery box with a window. Additional packaging (such as small gift boxes or ribbon) is available upon request for an additional charge.
Do you ship?
We do not offer shipping. We are a home based bakery operating under Food Cottage Laws. If you would like to personally ship cookies out, I can give you advice on how to package them.
What if I have to cancel an order?
In order to hold your spot, you must pay a deposit of 50%. The balance is due 1 week prior to your order being due. Should you need to cancel your order, it must be done 3 weeks prior to your event date and there will be a $25 nonrefundable fee.
Any orders cancelled between 2 to 1 week, prior to the balance being paid, will not be refunded. Please understand that a lot of time and planning go into each set as well as blocking off time for you that I won’t be able to fill with short notice.
I will always try to work with you but just please keep that in mind. Any order paid in full and cancelled within the week that the order is due will not be refunded.
